You will learn how to design and do resistance training properly for your goal.
The contents of this workshop are include:
- The physiology and adaptation of resistance training
- Designing a resistance training for desired goals
- Periodization of resistance training (linear and non-linear)
- New advance technique in resistance training (BFR, RT-Cold)
